So our friends at Microsoft relented and will allow Windows 10 to live another year, but there is a catch, sorta.
Here is what you need to do, in sorta the right order.
You will need a "outlook.com" account from Microsoft. If you have one, or need to check, open your computer settings screen, It should show your "microsoft" account on the top of the screen, sort of like this:
If your Settings Screen doesn't look like this, you need to do more updates first... Eventually you get to the most important one, "Windows 10 version 22H2" Once its installed, then you can create an account with Microsoft at the link on the top of the Settings screen. And after that is done, the offer to extend the support is offered. Here are a few screen shots so you can get a feel as to what happens next. I did these on a laptop here in the office, and you can see what order they appeared. If you don't get the "Your're up to date" and the "Enroll Now" button, you have updates that still need to be installed.
Please note, I didn't create this problem, I don't have any control over this problem, and I'm just trying to help. That said, if you have questions, you know how to get ahold of me.
